Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop new customer relationships through regular visits and consistent follow up.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular visits.
- Develop new relationships in order to gain market shares.
- Regularly analyse and evaluate market development.
- Create a weekly report on the market development and any sales that has been completed.
- Deliver customer-focused service offerings, ensuring there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions.
- Formulate personal sales plans that incorporates initiatives growth within the existing client base.
Requirements:
- Must possess good people skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must be willing to work in Surabaya CBD.
Responsibilities:
- Submit ideas for new product development.
- Planning, Supervising and Evaluating laboratory research for innovation and differentiation product.
- Make the spesifications of the raw materials used in the research for regular, innovation and differentiation product.
- Planning, Supervising and Evaluating up-scale process.
- Set the formula from laboratory scale experiments.
- Planning, Supervising and Evaluating system management in Department.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in Chemistry (Organic), Pharmacy & Food Technology with min GPA 3,00
- Familiar with formulations for Natural Extract for ingredients Products will be an advantage
- Preferable have min. 3 years experience in Head level in research development extract ingredients for Cosmetic/ Personal Care/ Food & Beverage Industry/ Fragrance industries
- Personality Requirements: Determined, Be Responsible, Good Service, Team Worker, Not afraid of Failure, Humble, Hard and Fast Working.
- Will be placed in Pandaan districts Pasuruan province East Java, Indonesia
